Video Editor Position.
Stellar Productions is a Canadian branding and commercial production company with an office in Ahmedabad, India. We are hiring an experienced Video Editor who understands editing fundamentals, visual storytelling, and how to adapt to different types of content as our work evolves.
Editing software
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with the ability to learn CapCut.
Cuts and transitions
Understanding of different cuts, transitions, and pacing. Knowledge of J cuts and L cuts is useful.
Sound and storytelling
Knowledge of sound design, SFX, music, emotion, and how each choice supports the story.
Visual planning and brand details
Ability to follow a mood board, maintain the visual direction, and handle logo placement correctly.
Different content formats
Ability to work on food videos, funny skits, commercials, podcasts, talking head videos, and educational content. Knowledge of 3D motion graphics is an advantage.
